I received a hand-tied bouquet, how do I care for the flowers?

Lucky you! To ensure proper care of our florals after they leave our studio, we finish off each arrangement with a care tag and some flower food to get you started!

Although we do freshly cut your bouquet before delivering it, we still recommend a fresh cut of the stems before placing them in fresh, clean water. Make sure your vase is clean of debris or any old water, add cold water and sprinkle in the whole packet of flower food. You can completely take off the wrapping if you wish, but if you choose to leave it on, we recommend to remove the bottom portion, or fold it up, to ensure it is not sitting in the water. This will help keep water clean and fresh and prevent excess bacteria from growing.

Every couple of days, remove the flowers from the vase and give them a fresh cut, and change out the water for some new clean water to help prolong the life of your blooms! Make sure to keep them away from any heaters or direct sun, and your blooms will be happy for as long as you care for them!

My flowers don’t look right in the vase, what kind do you recommend for your bouquets?

To keep your flowers comfortable and looking like we arranged them to, we recommend a vase with a wide base, and a narrow top. The narrow top will help keep the middle of the stems together, holding together the stems in the way they were designed. The wide base will help the bottom of the stems spread out, making your arrangement look airy and spacious, keeping them happy and able to drink water!

Do you offer flower delivery?

Yes! We recently added flower delivery to our services for hand-tied bouquets and arrangements. When checking out, input the delivery address in the “shipping” section, and the option for delivery will pop up if we service your area.

For any events or weddings, delivery, set-up, and tear down is included in the service.

What if I want to buy a bouquet that I don’t see listed on the Shop page?

Our shop page is updated with arrangements that use flowers that are in season and available, ensuring highest quality and freshness! But if you wish to get something custom that you do not see listed, reach out to use either via Contact Form or Instagram DMs and we can quote a custom arrangement for you!

How soon or far out can I book you for my event/wedding?

We book 2-12 months out for events and weddings! Reach out to us to see if we are available for your date!

What is the difference between your “full-service wedding” and “event” service and why is the minimum spend different?

The main difference between our full-service wedding service and our event service is the type of arrangements, design, and scale that is required! We do not suddenly up-charge if you tell us you are having a wedding vs an event or party, so do not worry, your level of service and quality of blooms will be the same!

The full-service wedding package includes bridal and bridesmaids bouquets, boutonnières, ceremony installations, aisle markers and decor, and usually a ceremony to reception flip.

The event package mainly includes table top arrangements and any statement piece, which is usually a smaller scale than a wedding design.
